Refund and Cancellation Policy

The website and mobile application Pakado (hereinafter referred to as the Platform) is owned and operated by Ballphin Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). Whenever the context so requires, “you” and “user” shall mean any natural or legal person who browses through the Website or avail services through the website and the terms “we”, “us” and “our” shall mean the Company. This Refund and Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use between the Company and you and by accessing and using this Platform, you agree and acknowledge the following:

1. The Coins bought by the Users will be available in their wallets and can be availed only for participating in the Tournament and cannot be withdrawn. No refunds are available for Deposit made by the Users. Only the cash winnings earned by the user by participating in the Tournament are withdrawable.

2. We do not provide any cancellation or refunds unless User disputes about the wrong amount of Coins are added or deducted from his/her wallet and are proved after an investigation by the Company. Any such dispute shall be intimated to the company by writing at

In the event it is proven that the wrong amount of coins was added in or deducted from the User’s wallet, then we will add or refund the difference in your Wallet which can be used for participating in the Tournaments in the future. All such disputes will be settled within 7 days from receipt of the email regarding the dispute.

4. Please note that you must withdraw any idle Balance lying in their Account within 365 days of having won a particular Tournament and use any Deposit in their Account within 365 days of adding such coins in order to comply with the Applicable Law relating to deposit regulations. The Company shall forfeit the Balance if not withdrawn or used, as the case may be, within the stipulated time.
